When we group orders, we can purchase materials like fabric, foam, and wood in larger quantities — unlocking better supplier rates. It also allows us to prepare components in batches — for example, cutting 20 pieces of fabric or foam at once is far quicker and more efficient than cutting each one individually. These kinds of labour and material savings help us keep costs down — and we pass those savings directly on to you.
That said, we also understand that some customers need their sofas sooner. In these cases, we can fast-track your order by initiating production immediately — for a small premium to cover the added cost of prioritisation.
